Would Reporting a Doctor for Violations of My Patient Privacy by Discussing With Others Without My Consent?
Question by Jiimy: Would reporting a doctor for violations of my patient privacy by discussing with others without my consent?
as well as having my medical reputation all jumbled (dr now believes im a junky becuase of grandmother telling lies to keep Her in control of what pills SHE thinks i need an dont need, discussing my personal medical history with my doctor openly just because they’veknown one nother dr-patient relationship for almost 30yrs now (my severe, sometimes hospitalization-required they can get so bad, are now considered made up just so i an get a rx [even though honestly if i wanted to i can find stronger materials for cheaper on the streets im sure..]. forced to either bein dame exam rm as gm anytime she take me to doc (i dont have a car or medican insurance to afford going to the dr constantly like im suddenly told is required now that im being given zero refills every single time after having to pay 40+$ for doc visit, plus rx cost itself and all [i always thought that one someone was anywhere near how old i am cose to 28….imagine..lol :-\]. also…little hypocritical fun here…doctor not only finds the practice or prescribing whatever pills he can think of or the companies want him pushing that week or month rather than any other form of doctoring…al problems can be solved with enogh pills and shots according to him. and gm’s multi-day a week visits for getting shots of things such as Phenergan (not only is the stuff able to get hooked on, but it’s also dangerous for the elderly (grandma is 70 years od and in filing health…) afterwich driving home and laying in bed the restof the day is her remainder of the day afterhand typically. would anhybody out there have any sort of advice for how likely any of those things are to be viable as a complaint to whoever it needs to be brought to the attention of? or maybe some suggestions for maybe anything else im sure is going on, but would maybe need more info on for having a really concrete case to end my privacy being shared with people ive directly epressed a desire to Not have my info shared with, as well as personally continuing to inject my grandma with dangerous and [apparently in her case] addictive substances to be combined with the other muscle relaxers and anxiety medications that he’s got her loaded on “as sleeping aids” and not even knowing most of the other names offhand besides Soma….im for real about to lose my mind going fro having to take up to 2mg of xanax minimum per string of anxiety atks i have usually daily (typiclly somewhere around 15+ panic atks…..one after another with only 10 – 45 seconds between each one, luckily going from EXTREME for first couple, then “medium” another 5+, finally another 2, mybe 3 “little” ones.. and then to have the only thing ive ever found that works to at least Help me in any way besides pot (which somehow is more evil than heroin to my family here in Tx…damn i miss san francisco lol)
hopefuly someone can answer quick enough before i have a psychotic break since i also take a small controlled dose of methadone for back and joint pain, which is soon going to be forced cold turkey ontop of having to deal with huge influx of anxiety problems ontop of the suddenl ceasation of taking being rx’d at least 4mg a day.. can anyone help me with some information on what i can about resolving such problems coming from a a family practice doctor. im begging herre…i’d rather not even up going nuts and my grandma get what she’s been trying to do to me since i was 17 and have me comitted simply because she doesnt agree with me not wanting to live alone with her while she pretends im her reincarnated deceased infant from the 60s named andrew (as crazy as that is, it’s not made up and not the craziest of things. at least people so far have had enough sense to know im not mentally uncapable or taking care of myself and have denied her ability to force herself as my permenant guardian regardless of my age 🙂 least i win that round 😀 but im begging you for help with the doctor stuff as i am totally ignorant to any of these sorts of procedures and all.
thx so much for anyone who legitinately responds with anything helpful :)! you really have no idea how deranged things around hereare and are slowly increasing to =\
sorry about the mess above. it was late, ive been almost 3 and a half months without my anxiety medication, and the entire situation itself is just so infuriating and feels so hopeless. here’s is a revised version of the above:
ive been living with my grandmother since my birthday in feb last year when my brother i was living with hanged himself the nite before my birthday.
the doctor that i see is the same one my grandmother does, and has been going to since moving to texas in 1980 i think it was.
i am prescribed xanax for bad anxiety atks i have almost daily (typically somewhere around 15+ panic atks…..one after another with only 10 – 45 seconds between each one, luckily going from EXTREME for first couple, then “medium” another 5+, finally another 2, maybe 3 “little” ones..)
lately however due to discussing MY private medical records openly with eople who are NOT me (im am well past being old enough that my privacy is mine alone unless i specify other

Wow!! Got through the first dozen lines and was lost., No punctuation, paragraphs or anything, It makes hard reading and by the time ones gets to the end, I would think that they have forgotten what was at the start. Maybe you could just cut it down to the basics, so that everyone (there may be some people out there that can understand it all, but I can’t – sorry) can read it and maybe help you.
