I want to test my teenager for drugs but want to use a blood test. Do they make such a thing for home use.

No only a doctor can do this. You should probably let your teenager be a teenager. Unless you suspect heavy drug use or addiction to heroine or cocaine

No, blood tests for home use are not available. And unless you are a medical professional you won’t know how to draw blood. I don’t know why you want a blood test. They are very expensive tests and can only detect drugs for a very short time (typically just a few hours). The most used is a urinalysis which is far cheaper, it is available for use at home, it requires no training, and it can detect drugs much longer than a blood test.
