I stopped taking methadone and the withdraw symptoms you get is a lot of runny stuff lol. Like your nose and diarrhea. Im trying to find medications or anything that you can buy in a store that you don’t have to get from a doctor to stop this stuff from happening or help slow it down a lot.
Any one have any idea of what i could take to help me with these symptoms? Even vitamin’s i don’t care lol. Something to help with the wet withdraws and even if you know more stuff to help with more of the withdraw symptoms then please let me know. Thank you all for your reply’s.

There are many vits & supplements you can take,
B-50 (high dose B-complex) works wonders..
There are a few herbs that are sold in capsule form as well
called Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Gingko Biloba….
they give you an energy boost and raise your Serotonin level (happy hormone!):-)
And for sleeping at night, take Melatonin (sleep hormone)….
And get active as well…
