I take 10mg 3 tijmes a day but I believe it would be better to take 20mg then 10mg later. Or 20 & 20.

Your best bet is to speak with your doctor about that. Many people have died due to taking too much methadone.

I would defenitly ask a doctor. I’ve heard that methadone takes a while to build up in your system before it reaches it’s peak in effectiveness, therefore, many people are prone to overdose, since they don’t think it’s helping and they take too much. Starting at a low dose is smartest. Wait and see. If you still don’t have good pain relief, ask a doctor what a safe dose is to go up to.
