I’m a American in the Philippines now taking Tramadol 50mg. twice daily! I’m very healthy in my mid 60’s no problems with my heart or blood pressure!I went from 4 Tramadol daily to 2 Tramadol daily but I need the name of medication/dosage I believe also used for blood pressure to relieve the severe muscular pain of opiate withdrawal! Mild opiates are sold over the counter here at a pharmacia without a prescription! Thank you most sincerely for your kindness and taking your valuable time to answer my query! My weight is 160 lbs and 5 ft. 7 inches! My health and weight is good Thank God!

Hi again. I didn’t name the bp med earlier because you really should check with a doctor. I’m so proud of you–decreasing by half your intake. The brand name of the bp med is Catapres; the generic is Clonidine. If you can get mild opiates otc, you may be able to get this too. Please, though, use the net to research its side-effects before you begin taking it. My doc prescribes .1 mg (that’s point one) twice a day. This is not a cure all for the kicks and muscular pain; however, for me, it reduces those things by about half, and when you hurt like you’re hurting now, half ain’t so bad. Use some aspirin, too. Please also know your typical blood pressure before you do this (although testing now would be ineffective as it’s probably raised from pain) because it can cause your bp to go very low, causing hypotension–you could pass out by standing up too fast.
You need to see your doc to see if this med will work for you as Ultram is not an opiate. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, IT IS PURELY MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Sending you calming energy.
