Impaired skin activity r/t constant activity;
Altered parenting r/t hyperirritable behavior of infant;

In the real world of nursing, we dont use nsg. dx, we just treat the pt. I know school requires it, so I would choose a developmental diagnosis or failure to thrive. Good luck in school!
