Your psychiatrist needs to know that you have a prescription for methadone and your physician needs to know that you have a prescription for clonazepam. You need to go to the same pharmacist to have these prescriptions filled. Among the three of them they should be able to figure out what you should be taking to avoid causing severe harm to you…or killing you.

Ok I would REALLY suggest getting off of Methadone!
Methadone is synthetic heroine used mostly for addicts to get off of drugs. My mom has been going to a methadone clinic for 5 years now. Its HIGHLY addictive and can cause withdrawls even with the slightest dosage. My mom started out on 15mg, and she is now taking 180! I cant stand the way she acts when she takes it -shes zomby-fied- (She has to take it every morning, she started taking it when I was 13, Im 18 now and the only thing she has succeeded in is getting addicted, and overdosing.) She’s been trying to ween herself off of it for the past YEAR now and she just cant seem to stop, even though she wants too. Its her body that seems dependent on it. When she starts taking lower doses, or if she misses a dose, she gets the sweats first, then begins shaking, she eventually ends up in bed, unable to move, vomiting (I know that sounds gross, but its the truth) Your body becomes dependent on it, and it voids out all opiates. (She was prescribed xanaxs for anxiety also, and when mixed with benzos, it intensifies the effects of both the benzos nad the methadone, therefore, making her a zombie, and making her anxiety medicine do the complete opposite) Its very easy to overdose when taking methadone seeing as it is synthetic heroine. Sorry to tell my life story, but I just wanted you to know the severity of the consequences of taking it. I would suggest to your doctor to prescribe another form of pain medication!
