We recently found out that my cousin has an addiction to Methadone and Roxies! He is on day 5 without having anything. He is having a very hard time. I do not know what to do for him. Does anyone know what he can do to get some sleep and be a little more comfortable so that he can get through this?

I came home from Vietnam with a bad heroin habit. There are detoxes, but I sweated it out for a couple of weeks alone. Try to at least eat soup and hang in there. It won’t be too much longer. Good luck! Stick it out with him and show him compassion. He’ll be okay. I’m 59 years old now and heroin is a distant memory. God bless!
