There are hotlines that you can call to get support and help. I would suggest googling some drug support clinics in your area.

There is no medicinal support, that I’m aware. Dexedrine could be used, in theory, sort of how methadone is used to treat opiate addiction, but having done all of them I would think Dexedrine would fight cravings but ultimately just make someone want to go out and score some meth.
You’d think by now they would be working on a treatment. There would be plenty of money in it for them, so there’s their incentive!
