Yes, you should stop taking it but go to your doctor for advice as it might be bad for you to stop all of a sudden

Your baby will be born addicted to Methadone if you take it throughout your pregnancy, but do not stop taking it without medical supervision. An abrupt withdrawal from it could threaten the pregnancy. Some women are maintained on Methadone during their pregnancy, it depends on the reasons that they were taking it prior to becoming pregnant. It is preferable to take the Methadone if, say, you were using heroin or other opiates prior to becoming pregnant.. Only a doctor can tell you the best course of action to take with Methadone and pregnancy.
