I am struggling with opiates and I think suboxone or methadone could help me get off them. I live in PA ….so how do I go about trying to do this?

The best thing to do is to go to a treatment clinic and tell them about your problem. If you go to the ER or a doctor and try to get narcotics, even if you do get a prescription they will eventually catch on to you and it will be harder for you to get narcotics if you need them for pain in the future.
I know addiction is a painful thing and I’m not putting you down at all, but it is best to go somewhere that can help you in all the ways you need – physically & psychologically. Good luck getting clean. 🙂
