ok i KNOW it rots your knows and i KNOW the effets i do use it( not much though, to be honest mephadrone is more of my thing (not many people know about it ,in a nutshel.. its quite new in the u.k and still legal as long as not bought for human consumtion, and longer buzz and les comwdown than anything else. plus lots cheaper( and it looks sparklier, coz its in crystals…) ANYHOW i always wanted to know.. how does it rot your noes ? what other internatl damage does coke (and similar snorted drugs) do ?? and how long would you have to take theese drugs for , for them to rot your nose, would having a few lines on the weekend do it? thankyou. x

For your answer, YES, it destroys the nasal passages, including the nasal septum. In the early stages, this can cause anosmia, or the inability to smell, and later, as your body loses the ability to filter and expel pathogens, it can cause infection and death. Furthermore, doing “a few lines on the weekend” would, in fact, begin the “rot,” not to mention the other dangers of cocaine, including heart attack and death.
Methadone is normally used in the US to help combat opioid addiction, as it acts on the opioid receptors and has a milder, but longer duration. It can also be used to combat chronic pain. Combining Methadone with other drugs often results in death. Further more, the side effects are numerous, including but certainly not limited to: vomiting, cardiac arrhythmia, chronic fatigue, sweating, heat intolerance, exhaustion, ah yes, and death.
