Why would you be “doing” methadone? It really depends. If you’re a heroin addict then doing methadone is much safer than heroin. If you’re looking for something to use to get high then its not very safe at all as you can easily overdose if you don’t have the built up tolerance and regular visits to the doctor that people who are prescribed it do.
