Mother arrested in drug-related death of 13-month-old
Officers had found the 13-month-old dead on December 26. An autopsy was done. Toxicology tests were finished on February 5. They show the child died from a methadone overdose. Officers arrested Strommen. She's being held in the Rock County Jail.
