and there is no way that I am pregnant.
I have recently been put on pain management drugs such as methadone, tramadol, and Lyrica?
The lactating in pretty significant and I am 3 wks late for my period.
Again, There is no chance of pregnancy.

Could be a hormone imbalance. You should get checked out by a doctor.

OMG…I am in your age range and can just imagine what you must be feeling right now.
It sounds like it may be hormone related, but you would have to go to your Dr. and probably get blood work done.
You know how they list possible side effects on drugs? Is it possible that lactation or hormonal imbalance is a side effect of any of the meds you are taking?
I hope you get it figured out because it can be quite a nuisance, particularly if you aren’t breastfeeding a baby.
