Question by Dave: My wife passed due to Methadone toxicity. She was going to a clinic and was under a doctors supervision.?
She was given the prescribed amount daily at the clinic and had to take it there. The doctor who prescribed the dose was supposed to monitor her health. Do I have any chance at a neglect or medical malpractice suit?

I am very sorry to hear of your wife’s passing. Unfortunately, medicinal toxicity isn’t always something that can be monitored, not to mention its extraordinarily rare. You want to talk to a lawyer about a wrongful death suit though.
