MS Contin (Morphing Sulfate)
OxyContin (Oxycodone Hydrochloride)
Dolophine (Methadone Hydrochloride)
Temgesic (Buprenorphine Hydrochloride)
Palladone (Hydromorphone Hydrochloride)
Opana (Oxymorphone Hydrochloride)

** They also do use diamorphine (Heroin) medically in the UK, but I don’t know whether or not a specially formulated long-acting form has been developed or not.
