It’s normal for the dose to be raised + 10mgs daily right?
She is at 50mgs of methadone now.
She has to take a pill for now. When you take methadone pills, you have to take more than one right? because one pill can not be 50mgs , 60. 70, right?

depends on the provider controlling the treatment program and what their protocol is. Usually the dose is calculated based upon a number of factors such as weight, daily intake of heroin and symptoms showing. if your friend is in a program and with their permission, ask the treating provider don’t attempt to do this on your own.

There is liquid and wafers. Wafers can be 40 mgs. Wafers are diluted in water. Otherwise there is liquid methadone.
