Methadone/methadose Problem?

my mother is currently on outpatient rehab and is taking methadose. I am not very sure whether or not and it is the same as methadone. She’s taking it in order to stop her pill addiction she has had for almost 25 years. She has bipolar disorder level 2. she has been paranoid, irritable, forgetful, and very shaky. She’s forgotten what day it was, has been hearing things, and has forgotten about other things too. Is this normal? I’m very concerned. She also hasn’t wanted to be left alone and can hardly sleep.

I get a prescription for 0.5 clonopin which is okay through the clinic because its from a doctor and they do a once a month pill count. My ? is I did take two 2 mg xanax yesterday and have been taking one every other day, Will that make my benzo count high. cause my counselor said that if it shoews a higher nymber next to the benzo then she’s gonna have to detox me. So I was wondering if what I took will make the numbers high when I test, which was today
