My uncles doing outpatient treatment for methadone… Possibly thinking he’s on something else also… He’s always on the go, always running around.. Very hyper. What could be side effects from someone using methadone & heroin?

Methadone and Heroin are both Opiates and have a very opposite effect of hyperactivity. Sounds like he's on a stimulant.

Methadone clinic OK'd by court for Holmesburg
The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania has ruled against a group of Holmesburg residents who have been fighting to keep a methadone clinic from opening on Frankford Avenue.
