Methadone is a schedule-2 (c-II) narcotic used for pain relief and heroin addiction.
C-II’s have the strictest regulations of any drug allowed. By law you cannot buy it in the United States or Canada without a valid paper prescription (no call-ins). No refills, substitutions or partially filled ‘scripts.
You might be able to find some overseas pharmacy willing to send you something, but in the vast majority of cases it’s not what you ordered (either no active ingredient or something completely different). Not only is it a bad idea, it’s against the law. Don’t even waste your time or money on websites offering to sell you a list of pharmacies that specialize in whatever chemical combination you want: they’re either rip-offs or DEA/FDA stings.
