Question by Raeshell: Smoking? quitting?
I REALLY want to quit smoking. I have an 8 week old baby that I am breastfeeding and don’t smoke around her. I really want to quit. I can’t take anything because I am breatfeeding though. If I make myself not smoke then all of a sudden I’m smoking double to make up for the couple hours i didn’t. Please if anyone has any suggestions!!

well i just chew gum everytime i want a cigerate.. sometimes u smoke from boardom if thats it keep busy and u wont want it as often…quit smoking with an Electronic Cigarette?
