Question: Badddd cramps, would methadone help?!?

I have cramps that I cant get under control. NOTHING is helping and Ive been puking.. :( Im being offered a 10mg methadone, would it help meee? :( Ive taken it before and I was fine. But not in awhile. I dont want any sort of pill hangover tomorrow.. what should I do?!?! Take halff? THis is so unbearable

I've heard that if you shove the pill up your va jay jay itll feel better. Let me know how it works.
