When I was on regular pain pills (loracet,vicodin,etc.) it didn’t affect my sex life any. When I started using Oxy’s, it actually improved my sex life. It was hard(no pun intended) to achieve an erection but once I did, I could stay hard and last as long as I wanted. Now that i’m using methadone, i’m lucky to even get an erection and if I do, an orgasim is almost impossible, say once outta every 3, 4, maybe even 5 tries. Got put on 35 up to 70 for 8 months. Ended up losing my job because I was late so many times. Now 9 moths later couldn’t afford to pay and got admin detox. 3 weeks from 70 to 0. Now I’m 9 days into detox and I’m feeling worse everyday. No sleep for 9 days and that’s why I took the perk 5’s and Vicoden to try to get one moments rest. House now in foreclosue and wife and child left thinking I’m a drug addict. All from one accident and what I think was some irresponsible medical treatment.
Any advice please. As I am losing my mind and am freezing, sleepless, and completely depressed. Cry often

My husbands brother is a drug addict and so his is girlfriend. They have been like this since before ive known my husband so nearly ten years. The girlfriend got pregnant in 05….she said that she was going to be on methadone, to detox herself.. the baby was born on methadone put in nicu for 2 weeks. Hes now 3… and doesn’t talk much, if he does say something he sounds like he has speech problem.. Now the mom got back on drugs after she had a baby..(heroin, crack, you name it) and now shes pregnant again and on “methadone” but what i don’t understand is how do hospital or clinic let this happen.. I thought methadone was to help dextoc yourself and help you not want heroin.. Ive heard through other family members that she still does heroin while on the methadone.. i just don’t get it how can u be on methadone for years and have babies in the NICU then just go back to it after wards..

If he takes 2 10mg methadone pills in 1 day (without using any other drugs); will he get sick or overdose?
